We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for express or overnight shipping
- Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size or weight

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at shipping@elegance.com with your order number and details.
We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
