At ELEGANCE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, lingerie)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
How to Return an Item

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and go to "Order History" or contact our customer service team at returns@elegance.com with your order number.

Print Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it out and attach it to your package.

Package Your Items

Place items in original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form in your package.

Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Processing Time

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 1-3 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item, subject to availability.

Exchange Process

  • Contact us to request an exchange
  • Return the original item following our return process
  • We'll send the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If there's a price difference, we'll charge or refund accordingly

Note: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we'll process a full refund instead.

International Returns

International customers can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items must be returned to our US warehouse
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at quality@elegance.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement item or full refund, including original shipping costs.
